At Olga’s Furniture, we value your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policies carefully before placing your order.

Special Orders Are Not Subject to Cancellation

Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is placed. Olga’s Furniture is not responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise caused by manufacturer scheduling, stock availability, material shortages, transportation issues, or any other circumstance beyond our control.

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

• All sales are considered final.

• No cash refunds will be issued.

• Exchanges or cancellations are subject to store approval only.

• Approved exchanges, cancellations, or returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (applied to the purchase price).

Customer Responsibilities

• The buyer is responsible for transportation risks if merchandise is picked up directly from the store.

• Please ensure all measurements (doorways, stairways, elevators, hallways) are checked before placing an order. Olga’s Furniture is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered or placed due to size limitations.

Delivery Terms & Disclaimers

• Delivery appointments are scheduled by day, not by exact time.

• Our delivery team does not move, haul, or rearrange old furniture.

• Olga’s Furniture makes no warranty beyond the written description provided at the time of sale. This disclaimer does not affect any manufacturer warranties that may apply.

• We will assist customers in the proper use of all factory warranties.

Layaway Policy

• Layaway orders are not subject to cancellation.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prior payments toward the layaway.
