At Olga’s Furniture, we are committed to ensuring your furniture is delivered safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.

Processing & Shipping

• Orders will ship or be scheduled for delivery as soon as possible after purchase.

• Special orders may require longer processing times. You will be notified once your item has arrived at our warehouse and is ready for delivery or pickup.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical delivery address is required.

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received before processing.

Shipping & Handling Costs

• Shipping and delivery fees are calculated at the time of purchase or prior to shipment.

• Costs will vary depending on the size of the order, distance, and delivery method chosen.

Sales Tax

• Texas state and local sales tax (8.25%) will be applied to all in-state orders delivered within Texas.

• Out-of-state orders will not be charged Texas sales tax; however, customers are responsible for complying with their own state’s tax laws.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on manufacturer scheduling, transportation availability, and other factors outside of our control.

• Customers will be contacted to coordinate delivery scheduling once merchandise is available.

• Our delivery team does not move, haul, or rearrange existing furniture.
